We are campaigning to provide communication training for school leaders and those focused on parent engagement. Most already recognise parents as a major source of support for the school. Some actively seek to inject new energy and thinking into parental involvement and engagement. Research points to positive associations between parent engagement, academic outcomes and social-emotional wellbeing.
For school leaders who wish to forge a new consensus around the active educational role of parents, we are campaigning to help schools and parents embrace more powerful methods, accessible tools and proven strategies to achieve that goal. We will publish and share information, tools and resources to help school leaders building positive parent communities.
